March 30 – April 1, 2007 – Hutter Homes will participate in the Made in New Hampshire Expo at the National Guard Armory in Manchester, NH. January 24, 2007 - Residents staff and directors joined together at the Mark H. Wentworth Home in Portsmouth, NH at 10:00 AM for a groundbreaking ceremony. After a few words of thanks from Executive Director Mary Ellen Dunham, shovels and cameras were put into action. The ceremony was followed by tours and refreshments. January 23, 2007 – Hutter Construction negotiated a contract with Millipore Corporation in Jaffrey, NH for the construction of a new Express Cleanroom. The project began in late January and is scheduled for completion ? January 19, 2007 – Hutter Homes begins development of three residential lots at Clover Farms in Jaffrey, NH. January 5, 2007 – Great Bridge Partnership of Manchester, NH awarded Hutter Construction with a contract for the renovation and conversion of the Jaffrey Mill Buildings on Route 124 into apartments. Hutter is working with Burnell-Johnson Architects on this project, which is scheduled for completion in September, 2007. December 16, 2006 - A groundbreaking ceremony was held at Hinsdale Middle High School. The School Board Chairman spoke of the excitement of this long-awaited project as he spoke to school board members, teachers, town officials and parents in attendance. Hutter Construction has been chosen as the district's Construction Manager and has already begun construction, which is scheduled for completion in September, 2008. December 13, 2006 - Hutter Construction held its annual Christmas Open House at its headquarters in New Ipswich, NH. Approximately 160 employees were in attendance. November 9, 2006 - An Open House was held at the newly renovated "Blue Cross" building at Two Pillsbury Street in Concord, NH, which Hutter Construction recently completed. The six-story, 140,000 square foot, multi-use building is home to fifteen businesses including NH Bar Association, The Eye Center of Concord, Plymouth State University, McKible Law Office, Still In A Pinch Cafe, etc. November 2, 2006 – Hutter Homes hosted a “Dispute Resolution” workshop for area real estate agents. The NHREC approved, 3-hour credit workshop was taught by John Doran and held at Hutter’s model home at Woodland Ridge in New Ipswich, NH. October 22, 2006 – A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Plymouth, NH, to kick off the construction of the new 200,000 square foot Boulder Point Medical Office Building. Working with Concord Regional Development Council and Warrenstreet Architects, Hutter plans to compete this $3M project in May, 2007. October 18, 2006 – Hutter Construction took part in the 2006 Best of Souhegan Expo held at Hampshire Hills in Milford, NH as part of a career expo for area high school students. September 23, 2006 Hutter Homes, the residential division of Hutter Construction, will hold the Grand Opening of Woodland Ridge, a 32-lot neighborhood of new construction homes in New Ipswich, NH. Woodland Ridge will be one of the first neighborhoods in New Hampshire with all fully Energy Star rated homes. The model home will be open to the public from 9 AM to 3 PM. September 15, 2006 Hutter Construction Corporation will sponsor the 9th Annual Heritage Christian School Benefit Golf Tournament at The Shattuck Golf Course. July 14, 2006 Hutter Construction Corporation is awarded a contract for the construction of the new Boulder Point Medical Office facility in Plymouth, NH. Construction is to begin in September 2006. June 22, 2006 – The 2006 Cornerstone Gold Award for the New Construction – Commercial Private category was awarded to Warrenstreet Architects and Hutter Construction Corporation.
